MY 2018 GOALS LIST

 

One of the best things about new year is to plan it !
making your own goal list, I call it my LYP LIST – LIVE YOUR PASSIONS LIST
it contains all my dreams and ideas for the upcoming year and I’m so excited each and every time I’m creating it because it gives me a better understanding of what I achieved so far ( and be grateful for it…), what I want to achieve next, my dreams , my wishes, and how am I going to get them…

The best Christmas gift for me every year is the one I’m giving to my self – a new special notebook that will become my “personal helper” on this matter
anyone can create the LYP LIST  it’s so easy and fun  and I’m excited to share with you my 2018 every day goal list, you are more than welcome to adopt it has it is or to make your own list 🙂

  • > open every day with a 20 minutes yoga session & 10 minutes of meditation or self NLP session to create my day  
  • > listen to my body
  • > love my body every day and every minute
  • > love and embrace my self each and every day
  • > eat clean
  • > paint at list once a week
  • > write every day  even if it’s only one sentence or one thought
  • > listen to at list one music album I love
  • > practice my positive thinking
  • > be grateful for what I have
  • so here’s my every day list for 2018, that’s only one of my LYP LISTS for this year but I already know it’s going o be great one!!! how about you?
